Our lemonades are all cold-pressed, meaning our liquids are never heated above 45 degrees. Why does this matter? Well, cold-pressing our lemonades allow’s them to retain their natural enzymes, nutrients and vitamins! Traditional juices and lemonades are often flash pasteurized at temperatures from 185 - 240 degrees which kills nutrients and taste and requires manufacturers to add preservatives, colors and even “flavoring” to mimic a beverage before it had been blasted with heat. By always cold pressing our lemonades we provide you with the freshest possible product made with simple produce and herbs and void of preservatives or added flavoring.
